All of our wines are crafted to be aged for many years, the number of which we will only know with time. Please stock up so you can regularly sample the wines and not miss any intermediate combinations of subtle aromas that may be short lived or transitions to more complex flavor components. We like to say that we appreciate all phases of wine flavor profiles, but that we only release the wine when the symphony is ready to play!

The fruit from Conner Lee Vineyard has been so special the last few years that we have decided to show this wine on its own. This is the first 100% Merlot bottling from Nota Bene Cellars and is a tribute to the success of this vineyard. Located on Radar Hill near Othello, its cool location and significant elevation produce big dark berry flavors wrapped in a host of subtle contributing aromas. Rose petals and cranberries are prevalent.
100% Merlot (Conner Lee Vineyard)
Bottled on 6/27/09; only 50 cases were produced. This wine was aged for 21 months in fine oak barrels from Saury (50% new French oak barrels and 50% once used American oak).
