All of our wines are crafted to be aged for many years, the number of which we will only know with time. Please stock up so you can regularly sample the wines and not miss any intermediate combinations of subtle aromas that may be short lived or transitions to more complex flavor components. We like to say that we appreciate all phases of wine flavor profiles, but that we only release the wine when the symphony is ready to play!

One night...we were listening to Pink Martini and having a wonderful time sipping another Southern Rhône blend from our stash when we knew just the right balance of Syrah and Grenache was in our future. Here it is for you to enjoy too...and spinning a disk of Pink Martini is a must....

63% Grenache (Stone Tree Vineyard), 37% Syrah (14% Stillwater Creek Vineyard, 13% Smasne Vineyard, 10% Stone Tree Vineyard)

Bottled on 6/23/07; 25 cases were produced. A blend of our Syrahs aged for 21 months in lots of new Saury and Keystone American oak while the Grenache saw only stainless.
