All of our wines are crafted to be aged for many years, the number of which we will only know with time. Please stock up so you can regularly sample the wines and not miss any intermediate combinations of subtle aromas that may be short lived or transitions to more complex flavor components. We like to say that we appreciate all phases of wine flavor profiles, but that we only release the wine when the symphony is ready to play!

True to the spirit of this wine...Miscela is Italian for “blend”...we see how grapes from many different vineyards can come together to make a satisfying Bordeaux blend. More new world in style than our Abbinare blend of a similar concept, it is Cabernet heavy yet followed closely by lots of Merlot. Enjoy the big hearty cherry/berry flavors that have come together make this wine so much fun to drink. We call it Washington State in a glass....

45% Cabernet (23% Champoux Vineyard, 22% Klipsun Vineyard), 33% Merlot (25% Chandler Reach Vineyard, 9% Arianses Vineyard), 11% Cabernet Franc (Kestrel View Estates Vineyard), 11% Malbec (Verhey Vineyard)

pH 3.72, TA 6.69 g/L

Bottled on 6/23/07; 200 cases were produced. This wine was aged for 21 months in 25% new Keystone American oak barrels. The balance of the barrels were once used French and Hungarian by Saury, Vicard, and Ton. De Correz.
